Em relação aos lotes de habitação coletiva, estão previstas tipologias de T1 a T3 distribuidos em 3 blocos de habitação com quatro pisos acima da cota de soleira e um piso em cave para estacionamento.

Por ultimo esta tambem previsto um lote para superficie comercial e estacionamento exterior a superficie.

O terreno apresenta boas acessibilidades pois situa-se entre a EN 118.1 e a EM515, muito próximo da Escola EB 2 3 Duarte Lopes e da Urb. Ribasor.

Benavente é uma vila no distrito de Santarém, com cerca de 8 300 habitantes.

With two road access fronts and a total area of 60,000m2 and 56,468 metres in total volume, integrated into the urban fabric of Benavente.

In accordance with the PIP approved by the Municipal Council, it is possible to subdivide it for essentially residential use, providing for the construction of:

- 52 single-family homes
- 268 dwellings for collective housing.

The typologies envisaged for single-family homes are T4 and T5, consisting of basement, ground floor, 1 storey and recessed. These include private garage parking on the ground floor for two vehicles.

As for the collective housing plots, typologies ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms are planned, distributed in 3 housing blocks with four floors above ground level and a basement floor for parking.

Lastly, a plot is also planned for a commercial area and outdoor surface car parking.

The site has good accessibility as it is located between the EN 118.1 and the EM515, very close to the EB 2 3 Duarte Lopes School and the Ribasor Urban Centre.

Benavente is a town in the district of Santarém with around 8,300 inhabitants.
